Dear Student,
This Saturday, French Government took more restrictive measures to combat the COVID-19 epidemic, leading to the closure of all French universities until further notice. Please note that the International Relations Office and the international relations coordinators of UT2J will remain available by e-mail to answer your requests.
We hope that you are well and we understand the stress that such an exceptional situation can generate.
The University Toulouse Jean Jaurès is setting up online pedagogical monitoring tools during this period of closure. More precise information will be sent to you in the coming hours or days.
Your professors will inform you of the modalities they will favour. For courses for which you do not have any information, please contact your teachers directly.
If necessary, you can rely on your Erasmus+ coordinator. For non-Erasmus+ international students who learn French at DEFLE, you can contact Charlotte Blanc-Vallat (charlotte.vallat@univ-tlse2.fr).
Throughout the next few days, regular information will be posted on the ENT as well as on the university's website and social networks (Facebook and Twitter).

You can decide to follow the online courses in your home country and continuing your semester at UT2J or stay in France to avoid the spread of the virus in your country.
If you decide to definitively stop the continuation of your semester at UT2J, while you have the possibility to follow the online courses, please:
- Contact the Erasmus+ coordinator and the International Relations Office of UT2J. We will issue the attendance certificate on the date of your departure.
- Inform your sending university.
In order to limit the risk of spreading the coronavirus, we remind you of the hygiene instructions to be applied:
o Wash your hands very regularly and/or use a hydroalcoholic solution;
o Cough or sneeze into your elbow;
o Use disposable tissues;
o Salute without shaking hands, avoid hugs.
We also ask you tolimit your movements as much as possible.
You can follow all the updated information in France and the sanitary instructions in case of symptoms on the French Government website (English language).

Le passage en stade 3 du plan de lutte contre l’épidémie de COVID-19entraine la fermeture de toutes les universités françaises jusqu'à nouvel ordre. Sachez que le service des relations internationales et les coordinateurs RI de l'UT2J resteront disponibles par e-mail pour répondre à vos demandes.
Nous espérons que vous allez bien et comprenons le stress que peut générer une telle situation exceptionnelle.
L'université Toulouse Jean Jaurès met en place des outils de suivi pédagogique à distance pendant cette période de fermeture. Une information vous sera faite plus précisément dans les heures ou jours à venir.
Vos professeurs vont vous informer des modalités qu'ils vont privilégier. Pour les cours pour lesquels vous n'aurions pas d'information, nous vous remercions de contacter vos professeurs directement.
Ces cours étant à distant, vous pouvez bien entendu décider de rentrer dans votre pays d'origine en poursuivant votre semestre à l'UT2J ou rester en France pour éviter la propagation du virus dans votre pays.
Si vous décidez d'arrêter définitivement la poursuite de votre semestre à l'UT2J, alors que vous avez la possibilité de suivre les cours à distance, merci de :
- Contacter le coordinateur RI référent et le service RI de l'UT2J. Nous éditerons l'attestation de fin de mobilité à la date de votre départ.
- Informer votre université d'envoi.
Afin de limiter le risque de propagation du coronavirus, nous vous rappelons les consignes d'hygiènes à appliquer:
o Se laver les mains très régulièrement et/ou utiliser une solution hydroalcoolique ;
o Tousser ou éternuer dans son coude ;
o Utiliser des mouchoirs à usage unique ;
o Saluer sans se serrer la main, éviter les embrassades.
Nous vous demandons également de limiter au maximum vos déplacements.
