we send you our best greetings from Hochschule Magdeburg-Stendal in Germany.
With this e-mail we would like to inform you about our intended procedures in the upcoming winter semester 2020/21.
Please be assured that the health of all students and members of the university and our region is our upmost priority.
Our university has decided to welcome your students and to offer as much on-campus teaching as possible and as little online teaching as necessary, by following strict health and safety rules and regulations.
If students should be coming from a risk area they will have to go into 14-days quarantine or hand in a negative COVID-19-test, that has been conducted in less than 48 hours prior entry. We will support the students as best as we can upon their arrival.
Regarding our outgoing students we have decided to allow mobilities to European countries if there is no travel warning from the Federal Foreign Office and if the national regulations and the conditions at the host countries allow the mobility. We have decided, however, to not support mobilities to non-European countries in the upcoming semester due to the uncertainties with regards to planning and return travel.
We are sure that together we can overcome these uncertain times.
