The objective of this call for expression of interest is to set up a list of external experts (open to all Commission services) to support the implementation of the European Structural and Investment Funds in various fields. In particular the ones who could help us in the implementation of pilot actions: on industrial transition and interregional innovation in the fields:

Field 2 – Strategy Development for Economic Development, Restructuring and Transition

Field 20 – Interregional Innovation Partnerships

as well as:

Field 1- Smart Specialisation,

Field 3 – Research & Innovation & Technological Development

Field 4 – Synergies between funds

Field 5 – Digital Agenda

Field 6 - SMEs
