Se trata de un algoritmo basado en las respuestas que las enfermeras dan a 7 ítems durante la valoración de los pacientes que permite medir la capacidad funcional, el riesgo de caídas y el riesgo de lesiones por presión, prediciendo los resultados de los índices de Barthel, Downton y Braden, respectivamente, con una capacidad predictiva superior al 92% en los tres casos
