Àrees d'aplicació:
El grup de recerca QUANTFICO es dedica a múltiples línies d'investigació en finances corporatives, comptabilitat financera, anàlisi comptable i mercats financers. Un element central en la nostra recerca és l'ús de dades per obtenir evidència empírica que recolzi hipòtesis derivades de l'Economia Financera o d'estudis empírics previs. Amb un enfocament quantitatiu, utilitzem eines i programari estadístic per processar i analitzar dades, així com per estimar models economètrics adequats a cada qüestió. Els investigadors de QUANTFICO col·laboren activament amb grups de recerca de prestigioses universitats, participen en projectes interuniversitaris i en fòrums de referència en finances i comptabilitat tant a nivell nacional com internacional. A més, realitzem regularment projectes de transferència de coneixement amb empreses e institucions financeres, enfortint la connexió entre la recerca acadèmica i la seva aplicació pràctica a la indústria i les administracions públiques.
