The Master of Science in Geospatial Technologies qualifies for a professional career in the following domains:
The Master program targets holders of a Bachelors with a qualification in application areas of Geographic Information (GI), e.g., environmental planning, regional planning, geography, logistics, transportation, marketing, energy provision. We also particularly welcome computer scientists with a keen interest in GI and GI Systems. It is required to have acquired at least basic skills in computer science and/or geoinformatics before the start of the Masters program.
The three-semester Masters program will enrol up to 32 students per year. Language of instruction is English. Students will attend the first semester in Lisbon or Castellón, the second semester in Münster. The third semester (Master thesis) can be performed at each of the three partner universities.
