Línies d’investigació principals:

• Screening de composts orgànics (plaguicides, organoclorats, Hidrocarburs policíclics aromàtics, toxines marines, micotoxines, fàrmacs, àcids grassos, hormones,...). Desenvolupament de metodologies analítiques basades en GC-TOF MS, GC-QTOF MS y LC-QTOF MS.
• Desenvolupament de metodologies quantitatives per a la determinació de composts orgànics, i amb especial èmfasi en composts emergents. GC-MS/MS y LC-MS/MS.
• Estudis de bioacumulació de composts persistents.
• Estudis ecotoxicologics en crustacis, mol•luscs, peixos, agua de mar, salina, etc.
• Influència de la presència de contaminats orgànics en paràmetres del sístema endocrí en peixos.
