Directed to: Graduates, engineers and architects interested in specialising professionally in preventing occupational hazards.
Description: The main objective of the Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention is to train graduates capable of exercising high-level duties in the prevention services of companies and institutions, in the three specialisations that the Law foresees for people who are not professionals in the health area: Safety at Work, Industrial Hygiene, and Psychosociology and Applied Ergonomics. This is the reason why theoretical basic training (two semesters) and a practical training supplement (one term) are proposed. The latter will include a resolution of real cases, visits to companies whose work conditions will be subsequently evaluated, supervised work placements and a final Master’s Degree dissertation.
Cost: In accordance with official fees yet to be announced. 2010 cost: 30,32 €/credit.
