Directed to: Preferably, graduates in Psychology, Business Administration and Management, Work Sciences, Law, Economics, Business Studies, Sociology, Pedagogy or Psychopedagogy, but also graduates in other related degrees where the students receive training on occupational health and management and on the development of human resources in organisations. Professionals with experience in occupational health or human resources.
Description: The general objective of the Master’s Degree is to train students so that they become competent non-supervised professionals in two areas:
This training encourages the scientific-professional approach, which assumes that a good professional training implies acquiring both professional and research competencies.
In addition to the Doctorate, the Programme offers two professional specialities: occupational health and human resource development.
