Pre-registration and registration. Master's Degree Courses. Academic year 2012/2013

(According to the decision of the Executive Council taken in session no. 75, of 3 April 2012)

Pre-registration and registration. Master's Degree Courses

General entry requirements

Applicants must hold one of the following qualifications:

  1. Licenciatura, Ingeniería or Arquitectura.
  2. Diplomatura, Ingeniería Técnica or Arquitectura técnica.
  3. Grado.
  4. Non-university higher education qualification
  5. Foreign qualification awarded by a higher education institution within the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).
  6. Foreign qualification awarded by a higher education institution outside the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).
  7. Foreign higher education qualification that has been officially recognised.

Specific requirements and admission criteria

In addition to the entry requirements which are common to all master’s degree courses, each programme may establish specific admission conditions; these can be consulted in the information corresponding to each course at http://www.uji.es/UK/infoest/estudis/postgrau/oficial/&url=/CA/infoest/estudis/postgrau/oficial/

Each master’s degree Academic Committee will decide whether to admit only students pre-registered in period 1 or to transfer their applications to period 2. This is due to the limited number of places offered on some master’s courses, meaning that no students are admitted until all the applications have been received, so that candidates from period 2 with good academic records can also be selected.

Students applying for a master’s degree who do not hold a foreign university degree which is in accordance with an education system outside the European Higher Education Area and which is not recognised must pay the officially established fees in order to successfully complete the pre-registration process. The payment can be made by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) and students may apply for a maximum of four master’s courses per single payment.
