These forms will allow you to make requests to various Library sections. All forms are in Catalan, unless otherwise specified.

To fill in the forms and guarantee the authenticity of the user’s identity, you will have to identify yourselves using the username and password that you usually use to check your UJI e-mail. A window containing the boxes to be filled in will appear each time you try to access the forms.

So, for example, if a user has the e-mail address jaume@sg.uji.es, he or she will have to enter the name that is before the @ sign (jaume in this case), and the password used to check the e-mail account at the University.
