The UJI Post Box for queries, complaints, suggestions and congratulations is a public tool, accessible from all the institutional pages within the UJI web site.
It is open to any person who is already involved or would like to be involved in some way with the UJI.
The users of the UJI Post Box are considered to be the students, teaching staff and administration and services staff at the University, as well as people from outside the institution: foreign studies carrying out temporary academic stays at the UJI, future UJI students, secondary school students, students preparing University entrance exams, graduates, alumni, students' relatives, etc.
The questions are managed in a decentralised way, as part of the responsibilities of the service, office or administrative unit to which the questions have been addressed.
Periodically, each service analyses the contents of the questions received and resulting improvements.
A review/qualitative and quantitative analysis of the inputs received will be carried out annually by the governing bodies of the University.
