UJI Post Box
Educational Support Unit

What is the UJI Post Box?

The UJI Post Box for queries, complaints, suggestions and congratulations is, first of all, a tool designed to improve procedures at the Universitat Jaume I.

The UJI Post Box is the communication channel – from users to the various University services/offices/administrative units – through which any user (either a member of the university community or an external user) can send queries, complaints, suggestions or congratulations via Internet.

The UJI Post Box is part of the quality management systems specified under International Standard ISO 9000:2000 that has been awarded to this University, and which is therefore subject to periodic audits for the improvement of the service.

The UJI Post Box was launched experimentally in the academic year 2002/2003, and is managed by the Educational Support Unit, Guidance-Information Area.

The messages received in the UJI Post Box for queries, complaints, suggestions and congratulations are dealt with by the service/office/administrative unit that best corresponds to the question the user sends.
Every year, the services/units/offices prepare a report on the inputs received, and the replies written, specifying the strong and weak points detected and the proposals for service improvement.

If you would like to send any comments regarding the functioning of the UJI Post Box for queries, complaints, suggestions and congratulations, you can do so at BustiaUJI@uji.es. Please give your e-mail address and/or telephone number. We will contact you as soon as possible.
