The UJI Post Box for queries, complaints, suggestions and congratulations is mainly designed to provide answers to the questions raised by users, and to channel complaints, suggestions and congratulations on UJI operations to improve procedures where required.
On the one hand, it allows the user to communicate upwards; on the other hand, it offers viewpoints on management in the institution from the user perspective; finally, the analysis of the comments made enables the various services/offices/units to formulate proposals for improvement.
